Lease-Up Marketing Manager
The Lease-Up Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the successful launch of Pointe Grand's new residential communities. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and leasing initiatives during the “lease-up” phase to achieve full occupancy as quickly as possible while maintaining the desired rent levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to work collaboratively with leasing teams and other stakeholders.
