Director of Marketing

As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for providing primary leadership to the management team for all on-property and off-property marketing for Hilton Grand Vacations.You will focus on expansion of the company’s capacity to identify and reach potential customers for its resort ownership product through the effective management of a wide range of promotions and program, physical marketing locations, and marketing representatives.Additionally, the position works closely with Sales and Business management leaders to achieve mutual goals in a cooperative and collaborative manner.HERE'S WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE!We offer an excellent benefits package to our full-time Team Members that include:• Salary is $107,000 per year, plus bonuses governed by a compensation plan. We’ve also earned accolades for the remarkable work of our dedicated Team Members throughout our resorts, call centers and corporate offices.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:• Develops, implements, and manages marketing programs that generate tours and provides management expertise to improve key success measurements.• Serves as the company’s primary contact for the hotel management, as well as the landlords for marketing locations and 3rd party marketing partners.• Works closely with the regional marketing staff to develop statewide and region-wide marketing programs, promotions and tracking methodologies.• Works with business operations to analyze ongoing results by source and business unit and seek ways to increase performance or efficiency.• Works closely with the marketing training team to develop and deliver training programs for the marketing team members.• Maintains strategic plans that ensure long-term marketing goals are supported by adequate staffing levels within budget.• Delivers coaching, counseling, recognition and progressive discipline, in accordance with Human Resources guidelines.• Represents Hilton Grand Vacations in a professional manner, creating good relationships and a friendly atmosphere.• Carries out reasonable requests by management that the employee is capable of performing.QualificationsWhat are we looking for....Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth.To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:• High School Diploma or equivalent experience• Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays• Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience in a branded timeshare environment• Ability to travel inter-island, the U.S. mainland and internationally, if needed• Valid Driver's License• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• The ability to read, understand and interpret financial documentsIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:• BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree• Minimum 1 year of Director level management experienceWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
