We are seeking an experienced Sr. Specialist, HR Business Partner (Non-Manager) that will engage as a front-facing HR presence to support Team Members in navigating through the organization, supporting our Orlando Corporate Office. This role works with the appropriate centers of excellence and/or HR Contact Center (At Your Service) to resolve challenges that Team Members may face to allow them to quickly re-engage in their work. The successful Sr HRBP Specialist will be proactive on advising, providing insights and resources, while driving consistency and follow up in HR processes. This role focuses on bridging the gap between HR strategy and day-to-day operations.The Sr. HRBP Specialist collaborates with Business Partners on activities that align client’s strategies & plans with HGV organizational goals.To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:• 5+ years related HR Generalist experience.• Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to demonstrate excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment.• Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and demonstrate good judgement and decision-making skills.• Ability to demonstrate advanced proficiency in computer skills including applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology and platforms.• Strong advising and influencing skills.• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.• Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and company guidelines or policies.• Demonstrated ability in handling confidential or sensitive information.• Ability to work under general supervision to complete tasks and responsibilities.• Prior experience supporting senior leaders.
