It is the only hotel in the state to have received Forbes' recommendation.What will I be doing?As a Front Office Supervisor, your job will involve assigning work to the Front Office team and guaranteeing that all daily tasks are executed to a high standard. This is crucial in terms of satisfying guest expectations and generating revenue:• Superintend the delegation of tasks and monitor team members' performance regarding all Front Office functions, including but not limited to check-in and check-out procedures, lobby management, baggage handling, phone services, and determining the availability of rooms and their rates• Ensure that guest concerns are handled in a friendly and efficient manner, leaving them with a memorable experience• Offer support and assistance to team members in managing guest feedback and addressing their concerns to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction• Plan out the timeline, distribute work, guide pre-shift assemblies, train and coach fellow team members• Keep a watchful eye on the way your team members interact with their co-workers and how well they collaborate to achieve common goals• Track the volume of people entering and exiting the lobby and make staffing changes accordinglyThe question burns within us, driving us to find the truthSince its inception in 1919, Hilton has been a forerunner in the hospitality industry.
