The Opportunity
The ad-tech space is undergoing a once in a lifetime shift due to the deprecation of third-party cookies and emergence of new technologies and patterns. The Adobe Digital Experience Cloud team is passionate about driving innovation in the new ad-tech landscape by putting zero code marketer friendly collaboration tools in the hands of both brands and publishers, so they can be data driven, agile, and transparent.Your core responsibility will be to evaluate existing ecosystem capabilities and partnerships for these product areas. You will understand the data and identity ecosystems of the future, and build programs, relationships and strategies that increase end-customer value through our solutions.What You'll Do• Deeply understand the ecology of data and identity solutions in the US and globally.• Evaluate and select new partner offerings that align with fit and value to Adobe's products and solutions.• Develop long-term business plans alongside our partners for data collaboration strategies• Work with business development teams to structure and negotiate complex deals with our most strategic partners.• Drive product integrations with multiple vendors and platforms encompassing cookie-alternate identities, data solutions, measurement partners, walled gardens, and data warehousing.• Facilitate communication internally and externally related to partnerships (demands, strategies, roadmaps, operational requirements, etc.)• Develop product documentation, thought leadership, customer presentations and other content assets.What’s Great About the Role• Work in a fast-paced environment on business-critical projects with a highly motivated team.• Direct access to Adobe senior leadership and highly engaged with leaders at external companies.• Use strategy development, negotiation and analytical skills and relationship experience to accelerate key initiatives with both new and existing partners.Formula for success • 8+ years of experience in market research, project / program management, and liaising with external stakeholders• Proven track record of breaking down processes and identifying customer pain points to deliver product and business improvements• Experience communicating and collaborating with a variety of cross-functional audiences ranging from engineering and UX teams to directors/VPs• Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with executive level business partners, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion products throughout the organization• Strong understanding of new forms of digital identity in paid media (UID2, RampID, ID5, etc.), data marketplaces like Snowflake and AWS, and CTV measurement solutions like iSpot, Comscore, VideoAmp, etc. are a plus but not required.• Familiarity with complexities of governance and consent in a privacy first landscapeOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
