Credentialing Coordinator

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to ensure healthcare professionals have the required credentials and licenses to operate compliantly and safely on the platform.

Responsibilities

Onboard new providers and ensure current providers have up-to-date certifications and licenses
Resolve credentialing related support issues and improve processes
Audit compliance with NCQA and state-level requirements
Manage provider offboarding process
Coordinate with external credentialing verification organization

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
