Credentialing Coordinator
Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to ensure healthcare professionals have the required credentials and licenses to operate compliantly and safely on the platform.
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills

- Ability to plan and prioritize
- Strong computer skills
Responsibilities
- Onboard new providers and ensure current providers have up-to-date certifications and licenses
- Resolve credentialing related support issues and improve processes
- Audit compliance with NCQA and state-level requirements
- Manage provider offboarding process
- Coordinate with external credentialing verification organization
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
