Data Analyst, Operations Business Analytics
Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to support business-critical planning and operational metrics. The role involves leveraging problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and technical expertise to gather data and insights for operational planning.
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with data visualization software (Looker/Tableau)
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think through complex problems and derive conclusions independently
Responsibilities
- Facilitate S&OP meetings by gathering insights from Operations planning teams
- Support continuous improvement by building new metrics for Operations planning
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and fulfill reporting and data requirements
- Run ad-hoc analyses and special initiatives with large data sets
- Help build, maintain, and report on complex data models
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
