Engineering Manager, Content Platform, Growth Engineering
Hims & Hers is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Growth Engineering team in delivering robust, scalable, and user-friendly frontend systems for the e-commerce operations.
Skills
- Experience in software engineering and team leadership
- Proficiency in modern web technologies and frameworks like React, Next, GraphQL, Javascript, Typescript
- Strong understanding of frontend architectural strategies
- Experience with Headless CMS and API-driven CMS
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts
Responsibilities
- Develop long-term vision and strategy for the content platform engineering team
- Prioritize tasks and create an execution roadmap
- Manage processes and engage effectively with engineering groups
- Identify and implement technology improvements
- Ensure platform assurance in an agile environment
- Drive product roadmap and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Lead, motivate, and develop engineering team
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
