Manager, Product Analytics
Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Analytics to shape customer experience through experimental design and hypothesis testing. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally to build best-in-class customer experiences.
Skills
- 5+ years of analytics experience
- Experience in A/B testing
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
Responsibilities
- Shape customer experience through experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Define and curate the experimentation roadmap for product and growth teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience
- Segment users to tailor product experiences
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to provide actionable recommendations
Education
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (preferred)
