Sr. Manager, Finance Capex
Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager in Finance to join their team. The role involves managing finance operations related to CapEx and R&D.
Skills
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage complex spreadsheets
- Experience in capital budgeting
- Interest in using technology to improve processes
Responsibilities
- Manage CapEx, R&D, and inventory budgeting and forecast process
- Track spend and investment performance
- Lead the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, and monthly business reviews
- Refine and build financial infrastructure including planning and forecast models
- Set up efficient stakeholder communication mechanisms
- Perform ad-hoc projects, financial analyses, and presentations for executive management
- Develop and build out internal processes to drive business efficiency
- Build partnerships with Pharmacy Operations and Ops Strategy teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
