Sr. Manager, Learning - job 2 of 2

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning Manager to design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs within the Fulfillment organization. This role requires a deep understanding of learning methodologies and talent development practices.

Skills

Responsibilities

Develop learning and development strategy for Fulfillment and Pharmacy
Design and deliver impactful learning experiences
Implement learning management systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs
Create metrics to measure program effectiveness
Implement career development programs

Education

BA required, MBA preferred
