Sr. Manager, Learning - job 2 of 2
Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning Manager to design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs within the Fulfillment organization. This role requires a deep understanding of learning methodologies and talent development practices.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong prioritization and time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Experience with TWI methodology
Responsibilities
- Develop learning and development strategy for Fulfillment and Pharmacy
- Design and deliver impactful learning experiences
- Implement learning management systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs
- Create metrics to measure program effectiveness
- Implement career development programs
Education
- BA required, MBA preferred
