Sr. Technical Program Manager, Growth
Hims & Hers Health is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Growth Engineering team and drive strategic initiatives that fuel our growth and enhance our engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Drive execution and delivery of complex technical programs and growth initiatives
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Manage project risks and dependencies
- Lead planning and status meetings
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders
- Drive continuous process improvements
- Establish key performance indicators
- Mentor and guide junior program managers
