Overview:
We are seeking a fluent Arabic-speaking Physician to assist in evaluating and refining our Arabic-speaking medical Large Language Model. This role involves providing expertise on medical Arabic, offering cultural insights, and reviewing error reports from simulated patient interactions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Arabic-speaking patients and a keen understanding of the nuances in medical communication within this demographic.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate Arabic-speaking Medical Model: Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of our Arabic-speaking model, ensuring it aligns with clinical standards and cultural expectations.
Provide Insights: Advise on linguistic and cultural nuances to improve patient communication and model effectiveness.
Review Error Reports: Analyze and provide feedback on error reports from simulated patient calls, identifying areas for improvement.
Ongoing Support: Offer continued evaluation and advice as the model evolves.
Qualifications:
Medical License: Valid medical license in your practicing country.
Fluency in Arabic: Proficiency in both general and medical Arabic
Experience with Arabic-speaking Patients: Demonstrated experience working with Arabic-speaking patients, preferably in a clinical setting.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially in identifying and addressing language and cultural nuances in medical communication.
Preferred Skills:
Cultural Competence: Understanding of cultural variations and their impact on healthcare delivery among Arabic-speaking communities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with virtual communication tools and model evaluation processes.
