HR Business Partner - Retail/Agriculture

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a skilled workforce.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and promoting a positive culture.
  • Implement and oversee performance management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify training and development needs, facilitating programs for employee skill enhancement.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and resources for smooth transitions.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the retail or agriculture sectors.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for conflict resolution.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
