HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Hospital Custodian Positions!

Perform janitorial duties within hospital setting. Following duties would be required:

1. Perform Hand Hygiene and put on PPE (gloves).

1. Implement Water Management process - run hot water in all sinks (slow stream) and showers, then run cold in shower to disinfect the shower head.

2. Remove all waste from room and discard of all disposable items (paper towels, toilet tissue, etc.). Check sharps containers.

3. Begin high/low dust counterclockwise throughout room, including dry erase board and windows.

4. Sanitize all patient contact surfaces including furniture, tables, equipment, and High Touch Surfaces.

5. Sanitize bed and mattress, being sure to clean under every surface. Leave sanitized pillows on bed after sanitizing to ensure they are not contaminated.

6. Spot clean vertical surfaces.

7. Clean restroom and V-tip fold toilet paper.

8. Replace linens and supplies in restroom.

9. Dust mop entire patient room and restroom.

10. Make patient bed, making sure linens are pulled tight and tucked in and folded neatly.

11. Inspect your work. If nursing still has not picked up equipment/ Linen or suction canister, call supervisor.

12. Damp mop patient room and restroom (use 2 microfiber mops- Bathroom and room).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
