This role involves hands-on scripting, orchestration, and integration with other tools, driving automation and efficiency. You will leverage your expertise to architect and implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs and enhance their operational capabilities. This role requires US Citizenship, and candidates with a public trust clearance are preferred.What You’ll Bring• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT• At least 8 years of experience in architecting ServiceNow all modules• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and orchestration• Extensive experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools• Hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow automation• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance if not already possessed• US Citizenship is requiredChampioning diversity, equity, and inclusion Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are integral to our culture and identity.
