HRIS Analyst

A Brief Overview
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance of the human resources information system including activities associated with entering data changes and auditing data. This position will provide day-to-day support and enhancement of the HRIS system.
What you will do
• Process and complete accurate employee and table data changes in UKG Pro (formerly Ultipro)
• Perform group data updates, exports, and imports into and out of HRIS system
• Conduct data integrity audits to confirm accuracy
• Respond to HRIS data inquiries and requests
• Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports as necessary
• Maintain table structures
• Security maintenance within HRIS
• Serve as backup support for HR team members as needed
• Complete other HR projects as assigned
Education Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field of study Required
Experience Qualifications
• 1-3 years experience in Human Resources Required and
• Previous experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) or equivalent application Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Excellent organizational skills, analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills (High proficiency)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, and formulas) (High proficiency)
