Home Instead® Staff Coordinator Job Description... Seniors at Home, LLC Objective The Staff Coordinator is responsible for successfully directing and managing all scheduling activities related to clients and Care Professionals. The Staff Coordinator focuses on key areas to create high quality matches, ensure key goals and metrics are met, and works within the team to provide the highest quality of service. Primary Responsibilities • Reflect the core values of Seniors at Home, LLC (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise). • Manage and review ongoing scheduling activities to ensure Care Professionals and clients receive the best matching experience. • Provide leadership and management which affect operational efficiency and achievement of the operational goals and KPI's. • Monitor analytics and pull reports within the software system to ensure scheduling targets are met regarding utilization. • Monitor outcomes of department activities and direct changes that will drive achievement of operational goals and KPI's. • Ensure the Staff Coordinator meets regularly with Recruitment and Retention, as well as Client Care Coordination with a focus on client and Care Professional needs, as well as new client scheduling needs. • Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with the franchise owners, key players, Care Professionals, clients, and family members. • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are implemented and communicated to the team. • Perform all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary for the success of a Home Instead franchise office. Education/Experience Requirments: • High School Education • Some College courses desired • A minimum of four (4) years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. • Must possess a valid driver's license
