Director of Email Marketing

Home Solutions is seeking a Director of Email Marketing to lead the development and execution of email strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty. We are looking for a leader with a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and extensive experience in email marketing.

Skills

Proficiency in email marketing platforms, HTML/CSS, and data analytics tools
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
Ability to develop compelling email content and design

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies
Oversee the creation, deployment, and optimization of email campaigns
Utilize advanced segmentation techniques for personalized content delivery
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics
Implement and oversee A/B testing methodologies
Collaborate with other departments for alignment

Education

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in business, finance, marketing, economics, or mathematics
