UX Designer (Mobile), Growth (Hybrid)

Homebase is seeking an experienced UX Designer who is passionate about revolutionizing the way small businesses manage their teams and grow their business. The ideal candidate will lead the design efforts for growth and monetization in a mobile-first environment, focusing on user-centered approaches and business impact.

Skills

3+ years of experience in designing for a mobile-first environment
Strong background in research methods and early-stage concept testing
User-centered design thinking with a focus on business impact
Experience in leading customer discovery and user research efforts

Responsibilities

Partner with engineers, product managers, and other designers to shape the Homebase roadmap
Proactively define how different product areas work together from a design perspective
Lead design critique and contribute to the long-term vision for the Homebase Design Team
Own design projects from concept to implementation through research, collaboration, and iteration
Deliver end-to-end experiences across web and mobile, focusing on user needs and contexts

Formal education in user experience design
