Complete and report Problem Summaries.• Coordinate with external service providers to initiate complex quality handwork• Partner with unit and dept leads to report activity related to cost, ROI, and utilization of MED assets.Qualifications, Experience, and Skills• BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, etc) or equivalent related experience• 5-8 Years of engineering experience• Ability to summarize complex analysis results and C/M activity• People/problem management skills• Ability to train new associates on problem solving – Analyse and breakdown to root cause (Engineering mindset)• Self-starter characteristics and aggressive attitude for improving quality• ISO 9001-2015 and 17025 experience• Flexibility in work hours and daily job content• Proficient in Microsoft software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)Workstyle• Approximately 1 Hr.
