About the Role

We are looking to hire a part-time Learning Operations Coordinator (Contract) that plays a critical role in assisting the Learning Design and Coach Community teams in ensuring the successful delivery of our training programs. This role involves a combination of project work, administrative tasks, and operational support to ensure the seamless delivery of learning experiences to our global network of learners.


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Learning Design team on the review and implementation of classes, including sourcing content reviewers from our coach community, scheduling class demos, and handing off classes to the Operations team.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
  • Support the Coach Community team in managing the administrative functions of our global network of contract facilitators, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and communication.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned by the Learning Experience team.
  • Connect with our coach community to develop high-trust working relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with contract facilitators and internal teams to ensure all stakeholders are considered.


Must have:
  • Proven experience in operations coordination, project management, or administrative support role, preferably in a learning and development or education-related environment
  • High level of comfort using Zoom, email, and Slack
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with calendar management, organization, and follow-through is a must
  • Proficiency in all Google Suite products, especially Google Slides and Sheets
  • Customer service mindset is required, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with coaches and internal associates
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for learning and development, with a desire to make a positive impact on the growth and development of our learners and facilitators.
  • Start-up experience is a plus!
