Sr. Product Designer, Growth
HoneyBook is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their Growth design team in New York, responsible for leading the design strategy and execution on exciting features contributing to HoneyBook’s growth.
Skills
- Strong UX design skills
- Passion for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Experience with growth-focused products
- Experience in leveraging and evolving Design System
- Collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Growth mindset and proactive approach to improvement
- Experience in building and scaling design culture
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, direction, and execution of in-product growth engines
- Deliver simple solutions to complex problems based on product & design principles
- Advocate for the diverse customer base using data and research insights
- Design wireframes and flows, test hypotheses, and refine designs
- Work closely with the Design System team to ensure unified experiences
- Understand and meet the needs of users through customer journey designs
- Contribute to scaling the design-driven culture
