In this Senior Marketing Operations role on the marketing team, you’ll be a joining a growing data-driven organization and serve as a foundational role around campaign operations and effectiveness. This will be a highly collaborative role, working and partnering with Events, pPoduct Marketing, Demand Generation, DevRel, and RevOps.

What You'll Do In Role:
  • As the key architect of our campaign operations, you will be responsible for executing and analyzing campaigns, ensuring seamless workflows, and facilitating optimal data flow through our systems with Revenue Operations. Your expertise will be crucial in providing insights to GTM leaders on campaign performance.
  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders in demand generation, events, product marketing, and sales, you will own the intricate details of demand generation and digital campaigns. This includes setting up campaigns, leveraging and influencing lead routing workflows or changes, tagging and field mapping, and establishing the infrastructure for each campaign with Revenue Operations.
  • Partnering with Revenue Operations, understand and inform database management, to meticulously ensure that leads are opted in, tagged, and segmented accurately in MarTech for campaign success. You will also support the Demand Generation and Sales Development teams in crafting email marketing strategies to enhance open and click-through rates.
  • Co-managing the Sales-facing Demand Generation and Field Marketing calendar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that sales teams have the necessary resources for engaging prospects effectively.
  • Your involvement extends to collaborating with various teams in creating, managing, and optimizing complex nurture campaigns, leveraging Revenue Operations as your support-arm for systems integrations and workflows. You will standardize the measurement of influence and funnel acceleration resulting from anchor campaigns.
  • As a meticulous planner, you will maintain our Campaign Operations calendar in Asana, detailing the process for creating and launching integrated campaigns and workflows through all marketing operations systems, including Hubspot, 6Sense, Qualified, Mutiny, GA4, etc. with Rev Ops.
  • Your analytical skills will shine as you deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to key stakeholders, using your proficiency in creating insightful dashboards in Salesforce. This looks like operating as Marketing’s conduit to Revenue Operations and Sales, to ensure marketing information and organizational changes or updates are communicated seamlessly to inform system and database changes.
  • Serve as the marketing owner in partnership to Rev Ops. Collaborate with Rev Ops’ systems and BI functions to ensure marketing data hygiene and that all aspects of marketing execution are tracked and reported. You will extract insights from data to optimize campaign strategy, nurture tracks, and email marketing operations.
  • Additionally, your role involves driving A/B testing initiatives and measuring the efficacy of content, contributing to the continuous improvement of our marketing efforts.


What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and 6Sense
  • 5+ years of proven expertise in marketing operations
  • Preferred experience in B2B SaaS, particularly with small to medium-sized technology companies
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel
  • Bonus: Experience with Asana
  • Proven track record of creating and utilizing reports and dashboards to inform and support teams
  • Exceptional communication and reporting skills
  • Inherent motivation, results-driven mindset, and a passion for data
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to thorough documentation
  • Enthusiastic about establishing Honeycomb's inaugural campaign operations playbook
