Honor is a tech-driven home care network looking for a Care Pro Hiring Associate to manage the hiring of Care Professionals across multiple markets.

Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screens to discuss the Care Pro role and Honor benefits

- Evaluate video interviews for final pass/fail decision
- Provide tech support for onboarding paperwork
- Participate in various workflow pilots to improve hiring process
- Re-engage candidates and utilize strategies for hiring
