Provide exceptional service directly to clients and Care Pros
Assist clients by responding to inquiries and managing care plans
Support Care Pros with inbound requests and coaching
Execute staffing best practices for optimal match between Care Pros and clients
Identify issues for escalation and provide a timely resolution
Coordinate with market team members for seamless experiences
Manage updates to client accounts and care plans
Facilitate changes in Care Pro availability
