Regional Associate
Honor is a leading home care network that combines technology with quality care for aging adults. The company is looking for a Regional Associate to provide exceptional support to clients and Care Professionals.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service directly to clients and Care Pros
- Assist clients by responding to inquiries and managing care plans
- Support Care Pros with inbound requests and coaching
- Execute staffing best practices for optimal match between Care Pros and clients
- Identify issues for escalation and provide a timely resolution
- Coordinate with market team members for seamless experiences
- Manage updates to client accounts and care plans
- Facilitate changes in Care Pro availability
