Junior Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Marketing Coordinator based in the Bay Area to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to grow their marketing skills while supporting various campaigns and working closely with the creative team. You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a key role in driving both organic and paid marketing efforts.

• Assist with launching and optimizing ad campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content.
• Help manage organic and paid marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
• Track campaign performance and assist in reporting insights.
• Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing (or relevant experience).
• Some experience or internships in digital marketing (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a small team.

• Familiarity with basic marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Interest in the tech or AI industry is a plus.
