Mid-Senior Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly experienced Mid-Senior Marketing Coordinator from Latin America to lead marketing initiatives and collaborate closely with the CEO. You’ll need to bring strong organizational skills, expertise in both organic and paid marketing, and a proactive approach to campaign management. This role offers flexibility for remote work from Latin America and a high level of responsibility in shaping marketing strategies.

• Lead and manage ad campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing, driving both organic and paid growth.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop high-impact content.
• Oversee organic and paid marketing efforts to expand brand visibility and generate leads.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize results.
• Ensure tasks are efficiently prioritized and completed on time.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
• Relevant experience in digital marketing with a focus on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of both organic and paid marketing strategies.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience leading projects with creative teams.

• Experience in the tech or AI industry.
• Proficiency with advanced marketing tools and analytics platforms.
