Finance & Strategy Manager
HopSkipDrive is seeking a talented Finance & Strategy Manager to join the Finance & Strategy team. The Finance & Strategy Team supports HopSkipDrive’s growth, innovation, and strategic initiatives.
Skills
- Strong financial skill set
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in forecasting and business plan analysis
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships
Responsibilities
- Manage essential elements of strategic planning process
- Own analyses supporting growth initiatives
- Review and communicate financial results
- Analyze and interpret data for decision-making
- Lead competitive analysis
- Manage corporate development initiatives
- Prepare presentations for senior management
- Identify and execute process improvements
- Establish new processes for efficient scaling
- Drive recurring meetings with business partners
Education
- Bachelor’s and/or MBA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, or other quantitative field
