Responsibilities

Articulate the HM story and value proposition
Build and maintain agent/agency relationships
Consult with agents to identify issues and recommend actions
Help agencies implement processes for improvement
Connect capabilities with local market opportunities
Coach agents with business planning
Lead agent growth through programs and strategies
Utilize technology to analyze business results
Joint work with new agents on activities and presentations
End engagements for underperforming agents
Coordinate with recruiting on the agent pipeline

Education

Business degree or equivalent experience
