Contact Customers by phone/virtually to enhance sales activities
Recapture or save at-risk policies including pending and payment issues
Support agents with applications that may be at risk
Generate new premium from cross-selling to existing customers
Assist field agents with sales activities
Maintain production and quality level goals

Education

H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent required
Two years of college or equivalent business experience preferred
