What You’ll Do
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Enablement Lead. In this role you will lead the charge in building, developing, and scaling our sales enablement function to empower the sales team to effectively position Horizon3.ai. You will be the link between the sales team and the success of selling NodeZero. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing and implementing strategies, tools and resources to empower the sales team, ensuring a deep understanding of our products and their value propositions.
You’re a self-starter who can create scalable programs, work with a variety of projects, deliver measurable increase in productivity and are excited about the opportunity to shape the development of our quickly growing team.
Work with cross-functional teams to devise and execute comprehensive sales enablement strategies to equip the sales teams with the necessary resources, tools and knowledge to effectively go to market
Work with cross-functional teams to create and curate sales content, including pitch decks, case studies, collateral, training materials and sales scripts to support the go-to-market teams in their efforts to engage with potential customers and channel partners.
Conduct regular training sessions for the sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the latest product knowledge, sales techniques, objections handling and use of sales tools.
Analyze the sales process, identify areas of improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of the sales cycle.
Identify knowledge gaps, skills and resource gaps internally and externally and develop and maintain training paths to address those gaps
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing in the training, launch and adoption of new products with clear positioning of our go-to-market strategy.
Gather insight from the sales team regarding client interactions, product challenges and industry trends. Use this feedback to refine sales strategies and provide input for product development.
Take ownership of the go-to market teams training, including onboarding, enablement, adoption, product and tool knowledge.
Roadmap Communication: Act as a liaison between product management and the go-to-market team, effectively communicating the product roadmap and its impact on the sales process.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5 plus years of experience in sales enablement ideally in cybersecurity at a midsize company.
Proficiency in sales enablement tools - Highspot a plus
Solid understanding of the Sales Process and relevant skill sets used to drive revenue.
Experience with e-learning platforms, content management platforms and virtual training delivery methods
Strong cross functional skills, acting as a trusted advisor to drive business value for go-to-market teams
Travel Required
We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 25% of travel to be successful.

Our compensation structure is designed to be fair, competitive, and transparent, ensuring that every team member is recognized and compensated equitably across roles, levels, and locations.
In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:
Base salary range: $145,000 - 180,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options). If any other compensation benefits apply, they will be discussed during the interview process.
