Your role at Hostinger
As part of Hostinger's Creatives team, you'll manage marketing-focused events to represent our brand and services to top-tier influencers, affiliates, media outlets, WordPress and global creative and business communities, and future clients. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with copy, design, video, marketing, communication, and product teams to scale Hostinger's brand presence within the industry.

Your skills and experience- You are passionate about planning and executing successful in-person events and exploring brand sponsorship opportunities in industry conferences.
- You have 3+ years of experience in event or trade show management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful events.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- You have experience working with production houses, agencies, and freelancers.
- You are proactive and can anticipate challenges, finding solutions quickly and efficiently.
- You have a strong creative mindset, bringing new and exciting ideas to life.
- You can fluently communicate in both English and Lithuanian.
Your day-to-day- Plan, execute and attend various events and trade shows, including top-tier global Hostinger Influencers’ meetups, global and local WordCamps, and other industry conferences with brand sponsorship opportunities.
- Coordinate all aspects of the event or brand presence, from concept development, planning, and communication to logistics and execution, to align with Hostinger’s brand and business goals.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with suppliers, agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
- Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and implement improvements for future events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance our event experiences.
- Manage event-related communications and ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
