The Opportunity

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $79800 - $107700 / year

Responsibilities

• As part of the leadership team of Mardi Gras Casino, ensure the highest quality of guest experience from hotel to casino.
• Lead, train, and develop a team in all hotel operational areas, including guest services, front desk, environmental services and housekeeping.
• Drive team member engagement to optimize guest experience.
• Adhere to and enforce sanitation and health and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelines.
• Evaluate and recommend operational enhancements to improve guest service and satisfaction.
• Produce department budgets and forecasts; make recommendations to improve cash flow.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years managing large teams in a hospitality environment.
• Exceptional leadership abilities are essential.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
• Superior organization and guest service abilities required.
• Demonstrated initiative, motivation, and team building skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
