Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a dynamic Hotel Director to join our team at the Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. The Hotel Director leads by example and ensures guests consistently receive the highest level of service during their stay at our 151 room hotel. As a Hotel Director, you will oversee all hotel operations at the Mardi Gras Casino including front desk and housekeeping.
Our ideal candidate has experience operating a hotel within a casino or large resort. Relocation assistance is available.
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $79800 - $107700 / year

As part of the leadership team of Mardi Gras Casino, ensure the highest quality of guest experience from hotel to casino.

Lead, train, and develop a team in all hotel operational areas, including guest services, front desk, environmental services and housekeeping.

Drive team member engagement to optimize guest experience.

Adhere to and enforce sanitation and health and safety procedures.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelines.

Evaluate and recommend operational enhancements to improve guest service and satisfaction.

Produce department budgets and forecasts; make recommendations to improve cash flow.

All other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years managing large teams in a hospitality environment.

Exceptional leadership abilities are essential.
