Boutique Hotel Front Desk Agent Part Time 3 Shifts 8 AM - 4 PM or 4 PM - 11 PM

At Hotel Royal Oak, we're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel! As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

Located in the heart of downtown Royal Oak, our boutique hotel offers a cozy atmosphere, modern accommodations, and easy access to a variety of local attractions, dining options, and entertainment. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, ensuring each guest feels right at home during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests with a smile as they check in and check out
• Efficiently manage reservations, process payments, and respond to inquiries
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and recommendations
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues with a positive attitude
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping others
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a bonus!
