Senior Software Engineer - Onsite

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer with 4 years of experience to join hotglue at a foundational stage and help shape our future. We are hiring three Software Engineers and one UX Designer. They will report to the Head of Engineering. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain core product features.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications.

• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions for complex integration challenges.

• Ensure best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.

The Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience working with modern programming languages such as JavaScript/Node.js, Python, etc.

• Proven experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., K8s, ECS, EC2).

• Strong written communication skills and can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.

• Empathy for the challenges of integrations and a strong interest in developer-focused products.

• Comfortable working onsite in Washington, D.C.
