Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Create work-back schedules and assign project tasks based on key delivery dates

  • Communicate key deadlines to team members and keep project timelines up to date

  • Ensure alignment across team members, providing clarity on goals and expectations

  • Participate in client calls to capture notes and key deadlines

  • Meet with team members at predefined cadence to capture their capacity and communicate

  • Monitor team capacity to ensure distribution of work

Strategic Expectations:

  • Ensure that our team is set up for success with reasonable timelines and expectations

  • Support with onboarding of new team members and clients

  • Help Hotspex Media become more efficient and balanced – provide feedback and insight to help improve our systems, communication, teamwork, and team members work-life balance

Key Outcomes:

  • Elevate customer satisfaction, as measured by Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

Skills and Experience:

  • Highly organized with a focus on creating efficiencies

  • Background in Media preferred but not essential

  • Team player with the ability to assign tasks effectively

  • Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing workload

The Interview Process:

  • Initial Video Screen (15-20 minutes)

  • Panel Interview (45 minutes)

  • Final Round Interview (30-45 minutes)

    • Meeting with management
