We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Household Personal Assistant for a busy active family of 6, in the Hillsborough area. You will be providing support in all aspects of their life., from running the home smoothly to helping with administrative duties.
Household Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

Supporting children from ages 8 yrs to 11 months old, heavy involvement in scheduling and managing activities

Exp/ability to research, manage and negotiate all areas of childrens current and future schooling/education including culture and all after-school activities

Keeping the family on schedule (coordinate and stay on top of everyones schedule)

Managing other household staff including nannies, housekeeper/cook, and gardeners

Errands and shopping as needed

Scheduling appointments and reservations

Making travel arrangements
-
Planning and scheduling weekend activities

Answering phone calls and emails
-
Scheduling household maintenance
-
Paying household bills
Household Personal Assistant Requirements:
-
MUST be Mandarin-speaking and bilingual with excellent English skills
- 4 yrs of relevant exp with family management and/or administration - ideally personal-administrative assistant exp

Must reside or relocate to, within a reasonable commute from the family residence in Hillsborough

Although hybrid based on families weekly needs, MUST be available to work from the family residence full time
