Responsibilities:

Performs varied cleaning tasks in order to maintain an orderly, sanitary, and attractive environment of care within the facility.
Cleans all areas and uses solutions for cleaning and disinfecting area to be cleaned and thoroughly washes and sanitizes furniture when patients are discharged.
Cleans assigned carts and equipment, and replenishes supplies such as paper towels, toilet tissue, and soap.
Ceans and sanitizes areas affected with blood and body fluid spills

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience preferred.
Bilingual skills are a plus; but must also be able to read, speak and comprehend English.
Frequent physical demands include: Carry objects , Reaching overhead , Squat/kneel/crawl
Occasional physical demands include: Sitting , Climbing (e.g., stairs or ladders) , Pinching/fine motor activities , Taste or Smell , Talk or Hear
Continuous physical demands include: Standing , Walking , Push/Pull , Twisting , Bending , Reaching forward , Wrist position deviation
Lifting Floor to Waist 25 lbs. Lifting Waist Level and Above 25 lbs.
