BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining company leased housing for the Creative Studios by NCLH. Will deliver outstanding customer service and provide the best possible experience for visiting teams.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Routinely cleans apartments/rooms as assigned with adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
Prepare laundry for linen laundering services and receives clean laundry to be prepped and distributed as needed.
Complete bi-annual deep cleanings including carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Ensure supply storage inventories are clean, organized, and maintained to company standard.
Stock supply areas and communicates inventory needs to Theatrical Housing Supervisor.
Report maintenance issues to Theatrical Housing Supervisor.
Document and reports missing or damaged items and any violations of occupants, including uncleanliness, nonadherence to departure instructions, fire hazards, and/or illegal activity.
Replenish inventory in each apartment as needed or instructed.
Report any property left behind in company housing to Theatrical Housing Supervisor to be logged in "Lost & Found".
Comply with all safety and security policies and procedures.
Aware of all emergency procedures for housing and assists as assigned.
Performs other job-related functions as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in a relevant field.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Ability to communicate with others in a clear and effective manner and to follow directions. Ability to work both independently and with others to achieve team goals. Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail. Clean, Valid and Current Driver's License required. Ability to frequently lift and carry 50 pounds up multiple flights of stairs. Ability to work a physically demanding 8-hour shift, 5 days a week. Frequently use common office equipment and technology - telephone, tablet, laptop computer, and a variety of different keys. Available to work weekends
