HousingAnywhere, Europe's largest mid-term rental platform, seeks a Head of Customer Success to lead a high-performing team focused on customer activation, retention, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Define objectives (OKRs), KPIs and targets to drive performance.
Act as the advocate for the customer within the company.
Recruit, train, and coach the Customer Success team.
Leverage performance management for career development.
Create and maintain frameworks and processes for Customer Success.
Monitor core performance metrics for data-driven decisions.
Oversee advertiser education initiatives with training programs.
Manage and resolve high-priority customer escalations.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to Customer Success.
Plan and perform business trips to local markets and industry events.

Education

5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
2 years in a leadership role
