HR Specialist
HoYoverse is looking for a HR Specialist to support their North America people needs and collaborate with teams in Los Angeles and Montreal, as well as remote team members across the region.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High sense of discretion & integrity with confidential information
- Strong hands-on drive and strategic mentality
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries related to policies, procedures, payroll, benefits, and more.
- Partner with other HR functions to support various human resources programs.
- Manage the payroll process for the Canada team.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Education
- BA/BS degree with an emphasis in HR or equivalent
