Amount is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Amount Small Business leaders. As an HRBP you will actively contribute to building a culture and achieving outstanding business results through proactively delivering solutions that support the organization’s objectives. The right candidate for the role will have 2 years of core HR experience and will have a strong business acumen (industry, competition, labor laws, etc.).

What you'll work on:

Consult with line management, provide HR guidance when appropriate
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with the legal department as needed/required
Work closely with management and employees to improve work
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
Perform other related duties as assigned

Who you are:

Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR
Have working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
