Job Description:
Consult and provide thought partnership as an HR Business Partner at Phreesia! As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and tactical support of a business unit for a wide variety of activities across multiple HR practices, including performance management, employee relations, benefits and HRIS administration and more! Partnering with managers, you will provide guidance on employee relations and opportunities, identify specific development needs, engagement opportunities, and succession planning. You will push boundaries, break from tradition and recommend innovative ways to solve business problems!
This is a remote position for those in the EST or CST time zones.
What You’ll Do:
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business unit or division to provide coaching and guidance on HR-related items including role expectations, objective setting, performance management, and employee relations
  • Consult with and advise leadership on strategic initiatives that develop a high-performing teams, partnering with management teams to develop a people strategy that meet current and future business objectives around performance management, compensation, and workforce planning
  • Utilize data and insights to guide action and decisions
  • Implement procedures to improve quality and efficiency in HR department best practices
  • Partner with your teams to work through structural and functional changes across areas like team structure, objective measurement and new role creation
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CHRP or CHRL designation preferred
  • Experience and knowledge across HR topics including benefits, compensation, and performance management
  • Deeply familiar in handling complex employee relations matters, including investigations
  • Demonstrated high level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgement in providing guidance to internal partners based on accurate and timely data/analyses
  • Highly responsive and effective in a fast-paced organization with numerous competing priorities
  • Knowledge of HR labor laws in US and Canada as well as other HR-related regulations including but not limited to ADEA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC reporting and other federal laws
  • Experience with enterprise-wide HR systems like Workday
Base pay for the U.S. is $90K - $100K USD, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package.
