The HR Coordinator will assist in the daily functions of the site HR Department. This will include handling employment-related inquiries from employees, supervisors, and managers. This position will also assist in collecting new hire paperwork, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee personnel files.

The HR Coordinator will assist in the daily functions of the site HR Department. This will include handling employment-related inquiries from employees, supervisors, and managers. This position will also assist in resolving issues, team building, enforcing compliance policies and practices, collecting new hire paperwork, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee personnel files. Collaborate with different departments to understand competencies and skills needed for employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles employment related inquiries from employees, supervisors & managers
Update, maintain employee personnel files. Make new hires files/packets.
Participate and assist in organizing and arranging various employee activities (birthdays, service awards, employee appreciation events)
Create miscellaneous HR reports as needed. Assist in making changes in MYHR and Workday or other HR programs
Log, process and manage gym memberships and gift cards
Miscellaneous HR responsibilities (filing, returning phone calls, assisting in new employee orientation)
Create HR reports as needed.
Draft templates.
Create and maintain databases.
Gather and analyze data and HR metrics.
Assist employees in understanding HR programs used.
Assist Senior HR manager, handle sensitive and confidential documentation and information.
REQUIREMENTS
-
A minimum of five years of HR experience or a BS in a business/HR related field
