As a valued key business partner, this person provides HR leadership support across multiple locations. We look for this individual to excel in strategic planning, talent development, performance management, and succession planning. This role works with business leaders and HR partners to ensure seamless execution of strategy, while supporting their team focusing on cultural health, driving accountability, improving business performance, and implementing HR best practices. Building relationships with internal and external customers is a priority, while advancing understanding and commitment to the Our Philosophy.
This person actively participates in division-level projects and initiatives, including acquisition/divestiture due diligence and integration activities. Furthermore, they support the development of local HR business partners, generalists, and coordinators through skill assessment and the preparation and execution of development plans. They will also partner with HR Operations to roll-out and manage company-wide HR initiatives and processes. We look for this person to be open to traveling occasionally to connect with teams and visit facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning: Partners with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and workforce needs. Contributes to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that support the organization’s overall strategy, including facilitating change management initiatives. Acts as strategic partner to HR Operations to provide input into current processes and identify opportunities for positive change.
- Employee Relations: Manages employee relations including conflict resolution, employee investigations, recommends disciplinary action and manages grievances. Provides recommendations and advises managers and employees, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Works closely with hiring managers and our corporate talent acquisition team to identify hiring needs and implement recruitment strategies. Participates in the selection process, including interviewing and assessing candidates. Support our corporate talent management team by partnering on our processes with a focus on succession planning, performance management, talent readiness and career development. Participates in Sales and Operations Planning and provides recommendations and solutions to ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet demand.
- Compensation and Benefits: Collaborates with corporate compensation and benefits teams to design and implement competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. Provides guidance on salary structure, incentive plans and total rewards strategies.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Serve as an advocate for employees and managers consistent with Our Philosophy. Acts as a mentor, coach, thought leader and functional expert with business partners. Partner with our DE&I leadership to strategically develop a workforce plan that promotes a mission-driven culture of engagement, inclusion, equity, and achievement.
- Employee Development: Leads and develops their HR team and other HR professionals that support the business.

Education / Training Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field of study or equivalent work experience
- 10-15 years of related experience
- HR Certification preferred – PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP
