Programmers Force is a leading B2B SaaS development powerhouse, specializing in cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. As a strategic technology partner to global enterprises, we design, develop, and optimize complex SaaS platforms for RegTech, FinTech, and compliance-driven industries.

We are now setting up a Learning Management System (LMS) to drive sales enablement, product training, and compliance education. We are looking for a Content Developer & Instructional Designer to build high-impact, scalable training content for our B2B SaaS sales teams.Role Overview

This role is a unique blend of instructional design, content development, and sales enablement—tailored specifically for a B2B SaaS sales ecosystem. You will create, structure, and manage learning content that helps our sales teams understand and articulate complex AI-driven solutions, compliance requirements, and competitive differentiators in the SaaS space.
This is an opportunity to build the foundation of a scalable sales training program that will enhance sales performance, improve product knowledge, and accelerate deal closures in global markets.Key Responsibilities

Content Development (Sales Enablement & Compliance Training)

  • Develop structured sales training materials, competitive battle cards, product playbooks, and objection-handling guides tailored for B2B SaaS sales teams.
  • Translate complex AI, compliance, and SaaS-based technologies into engaging, easy-to-understand content for sales and customer success teams.
  • Write and structure FAQ guides, case studies, and ROI-driven product messaging to empower sales teams with compelling narratives.
  • Develop scripts and storyboards for interactive training videos, product demonstrations, and webinars.

Instructional Design & Learning Strategy

  • Design role-based learning paths for SDRs, Account Executives, and Customer Success teams, ensuring training is aligned with the B2B SaaS sales cycle.
  • Create engaging and interactive e-learning modules using Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or SCORM-compliant platforms.
  • Develop assessments, quizzes, and certifications to track learning progress and ensure retention of critical product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and compliance teams to align training materials with real-world customer use cases.

LMS Management & Performance Optimization

  • Manage and optimize training content within the LMS, ensuring seamless onboarding and continuous learning for new and existing sales reps.
  • Monitor training engagement, completion rates, and effectiveness through analytics and sales performance tracking.
  • Iterate and refine content based on learner feedback, sales performance insights, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content development, instructional design, or sales enablement within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, SaaS go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and complex B2B buying cycles.
  • Experience developing sales enablement content, training modules, and technical documentation for sales teams.
  • Basic familiarity with LMS platforms (TalentLMS, LearnDash, Docebo, or Cornerstone) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, SCORM, Camtasia).
  • Ability to simplify technical product knowledge, compliance policies, and industry regulations into easy-to-digest training content.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and instructional design skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working in RegTech, FinTech, or Compliance SaaS is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, or MEDDIC.
  • Understanding of AI-driven identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance automation.
