Under general direction, support and contribute to the efficient operations of the Human Resources (HR) department. The incumbent is responsible for specific HR functions considered vital to the daily operation of the HR department. The incumbent must possess broad knowledge of employee relations, Human Resources policies and procedures, and must be able to explain systems and serve as a resource to answer questions and resolve concerns. Support the HR function in a flexible and unilateral manner that contributes to HR's positive and dynamic involvement in the daily administration of personnel at St. Francis Hospital.
