Location: Preference for US North East region, but remote work is available for qualified candidates.

Bentley is looking for an HR Manager to join our skilled Colleague Relations Success team. As HR Manager, you will implement best practices, and drive efficiencies across HR processes. You will have the opportunity to work with talented colleagues and senior leaders throughout our entire organization and partner with the corporate centers of excellence to drive global functions such as talent management, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, and analytics. You will coach & counsel managers and colleagues on matters relating to performance management, exit & termination management, conduct internal investigations.
The responsibilities cross all functions within HR, including but not limited to employment, compliance, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, benefits administration, global mobility, talent systems and analytics, timekeeping, and terminations. Due to the variety and breadth of responsibilities, we are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can think critically, act strategically and apply knowledge to the topic at hand to resolve issues.
