HR Operations Co-ordinator

Working as part of the Regional Europe HR Operations team, you will be supporting the team to complete their activities in the Europe HQ and partner with HR teams across the region. This role will be supporting both generalist HR and data activities.
The role encompasses projects and activities across core HR Operational functions including all aspects of the employee lifecycle, admin support for annual reward processes, data administration amongst other responsibilities.
This role comes with the opportunity to complete a level 3 CIPD apprenticeship.
This role is a hybrid role based in Crawley, but may require some business travel across Europe. Part time applications will be considered.

Requirements:
Main tasks

  • Maintain data and information accurately in our internal HR Information System (Workday)
  • To support the Human Resources team in the execution and delivery of the annual HR Strategy.
  • Working with the HRBP on ad hoc projects to deliver HR strategic goals, including Health and Wellbeing, DE&I, HQ Team Meetings. Managing different communications and events throughout the year.
  • Contributing towards the delivery of HR projects and improvements
  • Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
  • Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department, for example; devising standard Human Resources documents and letters, completing incoming cases
Must have
  • Demonstrable high attention to detail
  • Basic / intermediate Excel / Word / Microsoft Office experience
  • Good experience and knowledge of IT systems, particularly Google Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to flex working style across a diverse client group
  • Further Education qualifications to grade C / Merit equivalent
Nice to have
  • Prior experience as an HR Administrator
  • Prior experience of managing large data sets
  • Has or working towards CIPD or similar qualification
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
